Stores that survive their own growth.

Most e-commerce problems are not design problems. They are what happens when the storefront, the inventory system and the accounting software each believe something different. We build stores and, more often, the plumbing that keeps them honest.

E-commerce development and integrations

What we build

From storefront to the systems behind it

Custom and headless storefronts

When a theme stops being enough: product configurators, B2B pricing tiers, subscription logic and checkout flows built around how you actually sell, not around what the template allows.

ERP, inventory and accounting integration

The work that removes double entry: orders, stock levels, pricing and invoices moving between systems automatically. This is where most of the operational savings live.

Replatforming without losing rankings

Moving off a platform you have outgrown, with URL mapping, 301 redirects and a migration plan that protects the search traffic you already earn.

Performance work

Storefronts audited and rebuilt for speed, because load time is measurable revenue on mobile. We fix what the theme and the app stack did to your Core Web Vitals.

Checkout and conversion

Fewer steps, fewer required fields, clearer shipping costs before the last screen. Small structural changes on the highest-value pages, measured rather than guessed.

AI product assistants

Assistants trained on your catalog and policies, answering sizing, stock and delivery questions around the clock and handing off cleanly when they should.

How we work on commerce

We start where the money leaks, not where the design is oldest

A storefront redesign is the most visible project and rarely the most valuable one. Before proposing anything we look at where orders are actually lost: the checkout, the mobile load time, the product pages that get traffic and no add-to-cart, and the manual work your team does after every order. Sometimes the answer is a rebuild. Often it is three targeted fixes and an integration, which costs a fraction and pays back faster.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which platforms do you work with?

We work with the mainstream commerce platforms and with headless setups where the frontend is custom and the platform handles catalog and payments. The choice follows your catalog size, integrations and team, not our preference.

Can you take over a store someone else built?

Yes, and it is a common starting point. We audit the codebase, integrations and performance first, then tell you honestly whether the sensible path is maintenance, targeted fixes or a rebuild.

How do you handle migration without losing traffic?

We inventory the URLs that earn traffic, map every one to its new address with 301 redirects, keep the content that ranks and monitor after launch. Done properly, rankings usually improve because the new store is faster.

Do you also produce product photography and video?

For clients in our region, yes, in-house. For overseas clients we work with content you provide or with your local photographer, and handle the editing, motion graphics and layout ourselves.
